1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Mbajji platform and all its services. By registering, logging in, or using any service on Mbajji, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

Mbajji is an online betting and gaming platform built for users in Bangladesh. Our platform offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and a wide range of other gaming options.

• Although these Terms are written in Bengali, the English version shall prevail for all legal interpretation purposes.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

4Withdrawal Policy & Process

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

6Betting Rules

2. Registering or submitting KYC documents using another person's identity.
3. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
6. Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation.
7. Harassing or defrauding other users.
8. Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on Mbajji's systems.

8Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Mbajji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• If a breach of terms is established.
• If the information provided is false or incomplete.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• If a security risk is identified.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting customer support. All eligible withdrawals should be completed before the account is closed.

9Limitation of Liability

Mbajji will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Games or bets lost due to internet disconnection or network issues.

Mbajji reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes, users will be notified through the following methods:
